Description Technical Specs
An organic wheat and gluten free super moist, tender and delicious vanilla cake. Perfect to be filled with your favorite additions or just to be enjoyed plain.

We start by soaking the main ingredient "navy beans" for 24 hours, then we cook them slow until perfectly soft. We then use the highest quality ingredients, to ensure a bite of pleasure every time, including organic coconut flour,
organic eggs, raw honey and coconut oil.

Navy beans, eggs, coconut flour, coconut oil, honey, turbinado,
tahitian vanilla extract, aluminum-free baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

For anyone that would prefer an alternative sweetener, this can be also made with rapadura or coconut sugar at an additional cost. For a sugar free version erythritol and stevia are available at an additional cost. Please note the texture and size will be slightly different.
