An organic wheat and gluten free super moist, tender and delicious pumpkin cake, rolled in a creamy cream cheese buttercream, topped with sprouted pecans.

We start by soaking the main ingredient "navy beans" for 24 hours, then we cook them slow until perfectly soft. We then use the highest quality ingredients, to ensure a bite of pleasure every time, including organic raw cacao powder, local eggs, honey and coconut oil.

Navy beans, eggs, coconut flour, brown rice flour, coconut oil, butter, cream cheese, pumpkin, sprouted pecans, honey, turbinado, tahitian vanilla extract, fresh ginger, lemon zest, blackstrap unsulphured molasses, ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, aluminum-free baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

For anyone that would prefer an alternative sweetener, this can be also made with rapadura or coconut sugar at an additional cost. For a sugar free version erythritol and stevia are available at an additional cost. Please note the texture and size will be slightly different.
